Liz Petr

Biography

She attended Lamar University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Liz has over thirty five years’ experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to joining the firm, she spent six years with Fannie Mae as Servicing Manger for the Dallas Regional Office. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Foreclosure Management for Countrywide Home Loans and as a Foreclosure Supervisor for AccuBanc Mortgage.

Her current responsibilities include operational oversight of all units housed within the Firm’s Litigation and Eviction departments for Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Texas and Nevada. She is also responsible for Texas Home Equity foreclosure, as well as the REO and Closing departments.

Liz is active with the USFN, ALFN and Five Star. She is a past member of the USFN Advisory Board.
