Randall Chin is an Attorney with BFW in the Colorado location.

Randy has 20 plus years of experience in the areas of default and title. His first exposure to the mortgage industry was as a refinance loan closer. He garnered further experience as a title insurance paralegal in 1993 before graduating from the University of Denver College of Law in 1999.

Over the years as a practicing attorney, Randy has gained considerable experience and expertise dealing with complex title litigation involving issues of lien validity and priority.

He is a licensed member of Colorado State Bar.
