Mandy Franek

Mandy Franek is a Vice President with the BDF Law Group. Mandy has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Mandy began her career in the mortgage industry in 2005 specializing in non-judicial foreclosures and evictions in the state of Colorado. As the Compliance and Operations Manager for another default law firm, she was instrumental in the development of the firm’s compliance and operations department dedicated to ensuring all services were conducted in compliance with the law, national servicing standards, and firm best practices. Mandy is well versed in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements and has had experience reviewing and implementing policies and procedures for all facets of the foreclosure operations. Because of her knowledge she is able to lead her staff in the right direction while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Mandy is currently responsible for the oversight of the Western States Foreclosure Division including non-judicial foreclosures in California, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.
